 I offer a variety of  ways for us to communicate based upon what works best for you and the time that you have. Knowing how busy a day can get, I am willing to have these conversations both during the day and in the evening as necessary. E-mail communications will be returned within 24-48 hours.

  • Training adapted to the needs of your student population and/or department based on the following topics:

We will consult prior to the training so that I can understand the goals you have and find out more about the population the training being presented to. Students and Student Affairs Professionals have different needs and levels of development so the presentations vary as appropriate to meet the groups needs.   I will develop a set of learning outcomes that will be the basis of the training session.

The following are examples of training topics that I can create presentations for both professionals and student populations.

  • On site mediation

         This is done at your campus or another mutually agreed upon location. During this mediation, I will be working with you and/or any groups necessary to discuss this problems or issues that have you “stuck” and unable to move forward. Through active communication, patience, and out of the box thinking we will together to create solutions that everyone can agree upon.
